Electrical — New Construction

Install new 3800 amp/208V/3P service from existing PECO -pad-mount transformer with (2) 1600 amp meter banks, (1) fire pump meter and (1) house meter. Install (110) apartment panels rated at 150amps/1P each, (5) house panels. Provide electrical wiring throughout the building, including installation of lighting fixtures, switches, exit signs, emergency lighting, telecommunication wiring and receptacles outlets. Install interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Furnish and install a fire alarm system. All work shall be performed in accordance with the 2017 NEC, 2016 NFPA 72 and per approved plans.
