Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Provide electrical wiring throughout the building, including lighting fixtures, switches, exit signs, emergency lighting, telecommunications wiring, and receptacle outlets. Install branch circuits to supply power to appliances and HVAC equipment. Install interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide alarms throughout the building. Furnish and install a complete fire alarm system, including all required devices, wiring and equipment. All work shall be performed in accordance with the 2017 NEC, 2016 NFPA 72, applicable local codes, and the approved plans.
