Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Main Electrical Panel: Install 1 main panel in the basement, distributing power to sub-panels on each floor. Wiring: Run copper wiring from the main panel to sub-panels and outlets. Install dedicated circuits for HVAC units and appliances. Lighting: Install recessed lights, pendant fixtures, and wall-mounted lights as per the lighting schedule. Provide switches for each fixture. Outlets: Install general outlets and dedicated appliance outlets in each unit, with GFCI outlets in kitchens and bathrooms. Grounding: Ensure proper grounding for the entire system as per code. Safety Devices: Install hard-wired smoke detectors and CO detectors in each unit.-2017 NEC. All work to be done according to the 2017 NEC and per approved plans. (The fire alarm system is not included in the scope of work.)
