Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Exterior: Install new PVC turn up, new PVC feeder, c-block heater, battery charger, remote annunciator and control wiring. Existing grounded emergency generator to have feeders replaced in kind. Interior electrical work as part of alteration to ambulatory surgery center, including: interior outlets, lights, electrical panels, (4) air handling units, (3) telephone outlets, (10) nurse call system dome lights and pull stations, (3) fused disconnect switches. Existing equipment as indicated to remain. Install (15) junction boxes, (1) energy recovery ventilator and (2) demolish existing sterilizer/sanitizer disconnect. Install (1) new sterilizer and new tenant submeter. All work to be performed according to the 2020 NEC and per approved plans, (Fire alarm system is not included in the scope of work.)
