Roof: Remove 21 sq. of shingles and properly dispose of the existing roofing system. Inspect the roof deck and replace any deteriorated or damaged plywood as needed to ensure a structurally sound, code-compliant nailable surface. Install seam tape at all plywood joints to enhance moisture protection. Apply ice and water shield extending 6 feet from the eaves in accordance with code requirements. Install synthetic underlayment over the remaining roof areas. Furnish and install 21 sq. new Owens Corning Architectural Shingles.
