From the filingStrip full 13.79 SQ roof down to existing decking. Install new sheathing as needed to comply with IRC codes. Install 2 rows of ice and water barrier along the eaves and 1 row along the valleys. Install seam tape where plywood decking joins as per code. Install 15lb roofing felt on the rest of the surface area. Install brand new drip edge and rake edge, and replace any damaged flashings. Install brand new architectural asphalt shingles.
