Residential Alteration Permit

Strip the existing roof of the left house unit down to decking (9.29 SW). Install 1/2" cdx plywood as needed as per code. Install 2 rows of 3' ice and water along the eaves and 3' along the valleys. Install seam tape along the plywood decking joints as needed. Install 15lb roofing felt on the rest of the surface area without I&W. Install new drip edge and rake edge. Replace any damaged flashings. Install GAF architectural shingles.
