Complete demolition and reconstruction of existing three-story rear porch. Rebuild 1st and 2nd floor porches approximately 141"X70" and 3rd floor porch approximately 111"X70". Install new code-compliant footings, 6"x6" support posts, structural framing, beams, joists, ledger connections, approved structural fasteners, decking, guardrails, handrails, and 5-step stairway at first floor. New porch structure will be properly supported and secured to the existing building from the first through third floor in accordance with applicable building codes.
