Existing decking: sheathing • Extra wide F-8 aluminum drip edge will be installed on eaves and rakes. Color: white • Install Ice and Water Barrier on six feet on first course, on intersecting roof sections, in valleys and all areas prone to leaking. • Install Starter Strip on eaves and rakes. • Install Synthetic Underlayment 42" wide synthetic underlayment with reinforced fiberglass. • Install lifetime Architectural Shingles. Duration Color: Estate Gray • Install Ridge Cap Shingles in all ridges and hips same color as shingle choice. • Install new seamless never leak vent boots around vent pipe. Number: 1 • Additional vents will be replaced: Type: Turtle vent Number: 1 • Properly step flash around chimney and install new lead counter flashing. Number of Chimneys: 2 • Current Ventilation on the house : no ventilation • Ventilation is not properly working and will be modified to Owens Corning VentSure inflow vents and ridge vent (to be installed pending approval from insurance carrier) 73 Feet of inflow vents will be needed with project.
