Due to water damage. remove and replace/repair the following- only partial sections of the house. 2nd floor- 2 bathroom remodels, insulation, sheetrock repairs, trim, paint, flooring, countertops. 1st floor- 2 bathroom remodels, insulation, sheetrock repairs, kitchen and bathroom cabinets and counter tops. trim, paint, flooring lower level - insulation, and sheetrock repairs. any HVAC, PLUMBING, AND ELECTRICAL WILL BE APPLIED FOR IN SEPERATE PERMITS.
