Residential Alteration Permit

Interior alteration and renovation of existing residential condominium Unit 9C. Work includes selective interior demolition of non-load-bearing walls in the living room and bedroom; removal and replacement of bathroom shower walls and flooring; installation of 5/8-inch gypsum board and soundproofing insulation; drywall repairs and finishes; bathroom repairs and finishes; replacement of two existing apartment entry doors, one opening to the common interior stair/hallway and one opening to the exterior porch, with door assemblies meeting applicable fire and building code requirements; and replacement of two broken windows within the existing openings. No structural or load-bearing walls will be removed or altered. Electrical and plumbing work to be permitted separately as required.
