Furnish and install 1- Lochinvar boiler parts kit on each boiler. Furnish and install 1- Titan Y strainer. Furnish and install 1- B&G hydraulic primary/secondary seperator. Furnish and install 1- boiler twinning kit. Install new Watts autofeeder/backflow preventer. Furnish and install 1- condensate pump with neutralizer media. Furnish and install new exhaust piping from boiler to exterior of building FOR OFFICE: To furnish and install 2- Lochinvar HB199, 199K btu, gas fired 95% efficient boilers. Furnish and install 1- Amtrol AMTSX-60V expansion tank. Furnish and install 2- Taco 111 circulator pumps with new flanges. Furnish and install 1- Pure pro Pro Stainless Steel, 40 gallon indirect water heater. Install new Watts autofeeder/backflow preventer. Furnish and install 1- Adey air dirt separator with magnet. Furnish and install 1- condensate pump with neutralizer media. Furnish and install 1- Taco 007 for indirect hot water heater. Furnish and install new exhaust piping from boiler to exterior of building
