Mechanical Permit

Replace 3 existing HVAC systems with matching. Existing system is 2 4-ton outdoor units and 1 5-ton outdoor unit with matching indoor furnaces. The indoor furnaces for the 2-ton units are twinned together with a twinning kit which will be installed so the units will operate in unison. The 5-ton system is stand alone and is paired with a matching furnace. Reconnect to existing utilities, run new lineset from outdoor unit to indoor unit, and reconnect furnace to existing ductwork.
