Construct new porch with code-compliant footings, ledgers connections, approved structural fasteners, decking, guards/railings and first floor access stairs. First and second floor porch dimensions approximately 141"X70", third floor porch approximately 141"X70". All work to be completed in accordance with approved plans and applicable building codes.
