Commercial Alteration Permit

Repairs due to a small fire in unit A1, drywall, insulation, and flooring were all removed due to being affected by the fire. We will be replacing all insulation and drywall throughout the unit. r-21 in the walls, r-30 in the ceiling. 5/8 type x drywall will be used on all walls and ceilings. New vinyl flooring will be installed throughout the apartment. We will be installing new kitchen cabinets, in the same layout and style as before. The electrical service will be replaced (my licensed electrician will file his permit with more details)
