Commercial Alteration Permit

Remove existing 2 roofs to the wood deck. Replace any rotten wood decking at the owner's expense. Furnish and install 1.5" ISO insulation over the entire roof area, all insulation to be mechanically fasten to wood deck. Furnish and install tapered insulation .060 EPDM roof system as per manufacturer specifications and details. Furnish and install new roof hatch. Reflash all the walls, curbs and vents. Furnish and install new .040 Kynar finished aluminum edge metal as per plans.
