Commercial Alteration Permit

The proposed scope of work includes the installation of new posts and concrete footing piers. We will be replacing beams and joists as necessary, along with installing new decking boards, rails, and railing posts. While the existing stringers and risers remain in good condition, we will replace the treads as needed during the process. Additionally, the project involves redoing the existing roof of the deck. This will include the installation of new shingles; the extent of plywood replacement will be determined upon completion of the demolition phase.
