We need to undertake the rehabilitation of eight units in the building at 210 Farmington Avenue. The work will consist of the following: Unit 316 - Complete repaint, wall repair, flooring repair, floor tile repair Unit 413 - Complete repaint, removal and replacement of carpet, installation of kitchen cabinets, repair of cracked tile Unit 501 - Complete repaint, removal and replacement of carpet, possible fire door replacement Unit 506 - Complete repaint, removal and replacement of carpet, repair of cracked tile Unit 507 - Repair of ceiling sheetrock damage from roof leak, complete repaint, refinish hardwood floor Unit 515 - Repair of damaged sheetrock and wood from roof leak, repair/replacement of kitchen cabinets, removal and replacement of carpet, replacement of microwave, complete repaint Unit 516 - Repair of damaged sheetrock and wood from roof leak, repair/replacement of kitchen cabinets, removal and replacement of carpet, replacement of microwave, complete repaint Unit 518 - Repair of damaged sheetrock and wood from roof leak, repair/replacement of kitchen cabinets, removal and replacement of carpet, replacement of microwave, complete repaint All work will be interior so no need for historic district review. Work is scheduled to start once roof/parapet repair has been completed which is covered by existing permit application COM-ALT-26-000221.
