Install new 2*4*16” OC framing inside existing plater over brick walls (as noted) allow for insulation for wall (with Kingspan GG25-LG and R-15 fiber wool) and space for updated utilities. Relocate a window in dining room to center on wall (as noted) using new 2*4 framing with double 2*10” header Replace one kitchen window with two on either side (as noted) using new 2*4 framing with double 2*10” headers. Formal living room, dining room, mast bedroom, breakfast room kitchen: Replace existing wall insulation with R-15 fiber wool and existing ceiling insulation with R-23 fiber wool. Install fire blocking as necessary. Repair/replace existing drywalls with ½” drywall (using mold resistant in kitchen)
