The attached plan is for an addition to an existing neighborhood house of worship with a two-family residential dwelling attached. The project is located at 93-95 Dykstra’s Way, Monsey, NY. The lot is identified as tax lot 56.20-3-44. A small neighborhood house of worship is currently operating with the two-family dwelling attached. The addition will provide more space for the 20 to 30 congregants currently using the synagogue. No additional congregants are anticipated. The additional space will be used for a larger library/study area and to enlarge the existing mikvah.
