MUA - Water Service/Tapping Application

The existing Site is occupied by a manufacturing facility. The manufacturing facility buildings were demolished in approximately 2023, but the concrete slab floors remain. These remaining floors and other site improvements will be removed and when developed, the Site will consist of an 8-story, 365-unit, mixed-use (residential and retail) structure with structured parking. The development will also contain an amenity lounge, co-working space and gym, which are open only to residents of the building.
