Renovation of the existing one-family structure, including vertical and rear additions and associated site improvements. The building will be a two-family residential property. Existing 4-inch PVC sanitary and storm sewer laterals will remain; a new 1.25-inch domestic water service is proposed, in accordance with the submitted plans.
