American Dewatering and Grouting (ADG) is proposing groundwater discharge of construction dewatering effluent that will be generated during the excavation for foundation construction at 165 Newark Avenue at Block 12704, Lot 15 to about 2’ to 6’ below the groundwater table. The dewatering effluent site’s existing sanitary sewer connection (approved by JCMUA SAPP-0325-0762) at the corner of Christopher Columbus Drive and Barrow Street as identified on the site plan, DEW-001, enclosed. ADG proposes a maximum daily discharge volume of 7,500 gallons. The duration of the proposed discharge will be up to 2 months between 7/27/2026 to 9/27/2026.
