American Dewatering and Grouting (ADG) is proposing groundwater discharge of construction dewatering effluent that will be generated during the excavation for foundation construction at 157 Newark Avenue (aka 144 Christopher Columbus Drive) at Block 11405, Lot 2.02 to about 1’ to 5’ below the groundwater table. The dewatering effluent will be discharged into the combined sewer catch basin at the northwest corner of the intersection of Christopher Columbus Drive and Barrow Street as identified on the site plan, DEW-001, enclosed. ADG proposes an approximate daily discharge volume of 3,750 gallons. The duration of the proposed discharge will be up to 3 months between 7/22/2026 to 10/22/2026.
