Relocate existing washer and dryer from 3rd floor to 2nd floor bathroom, including installation of new mechanical vent, dedicated electrical circuits, and plumbing drainage. Relocate existing bathroom sink. Replace existing shower and toilet in-kind within existing footprints. Install new bathroom lighting and GFCI-protected receptacles. No structural changes.
