Application for a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the completed residential units and common areas included in the proposed initial occupancy scope of the six-story, 202-unit multifamily development at 301 West Side Avenue, Block 22103, Lot 5.01. Any areas excluded from the initial TCO, as identified in the attached Letter of Intent, will remain secured and inaccessible until all required work, inspections, and approvals are completed.
