Non-structural interior demolition only within the existing building. Remove designated interior finishes, cabinetry, floor coverings, ceilings, doors, trim, fixtures after safe disconnection, and confirmed non-load-bearing partitions. No removal or alteration of structural framing, load-bearing walls, exterior walls, roof, foundation, stairs, building footprint, or means of egress. No change in use, occupancy, height, area, or number of dwelling units under this permit.
