All repointing of deteriorated mortar joints, repairing deteriorated brick masonry & replacement of the masonry window arch, install new brick, replacing deteriorated terra cotta pieces & coping, replacing designated lintels & window sills, installing stucco cladding at areas with existing cement parge, & repair the deteriorated foundation wall patching as per Engineer plans dated 5/30/25 using swing stage scaffold. Sealant replacement as directed by the Engineer. **Erecting a sidewalk shed on South Elevation (rear)
