Planning & Zoning Commission - Site Plan Approval

Demolish portions of building to the south and west that were additions to bring the building into its original footprint. Renovate the building original condition externally and in accordance with HDC approval while simplifying the interior to be utilized as an accessory building for the Parks & Recreation operations at the Community Center. The site will be developed into an expansion of the parking lot for the Community Center.
