Building - Mechanical (Stand Alone Work)

Remove and dispose of one existing Lochinvar boiler in existing 2-boiler system. Install one (1) new Lochinvar KHB285 natural gas modulating boiler to replace existing equipment in same location. Reconnect both new and old boilers to existing loop pipig, expansion tanks, and venting.
