Building - Mechanical (Stand Alone Work)

Remove & dispose of the old air handler from the attic and the air handler from the crawl space. Install 2 new Aspen high-efficiency hydro air handlers with ECM motors. Includes all connections to duct plenums as needed. Basement unit includes a new condensate pump with float switch, and attic system includes a new hi-rise secondary drain pan with float switch. Also includes new refrigeration lines, equipment pads, whip, disconnects, GFI and all electrical connections. Also includes 2 new American Standard 14 SEER condensers. WE HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED ZONING APPROVAL.
