Remove and replace receptacles and switches, remove all ceiling lights, install recessed downlights, install vanity light, bathroom exhaust fan, emergency light, call for aid, fire alarm strobe only in handicap bathroom, install occupancy sensor switches, ceiling motion sensors, exit signs, 2 head emergency lights, install LED strip lights in kitchen and back of room, install receptacles for washer and dryer, freezer and microwave, install fire alarm panel and remote annunciator, fire alarm pull station, smoke detectors, one heat detector in kitchen, fire alarm strobes, remove 2 panels off the wall enough to slide sheetrock behind panels, install 2 paddle fans, wire 2 condensing units and 6 units on wall
