LAUNDRY / MASTER CLOSET MODIFICATIONS Scope of Work: -Create an opening from the master closet into the bedroom. -Frame a new wall and install a door providing access from the laundry area to the master closet. -Demolish the existing closet wall as necessary to open the area. -Reconfigure and close off a portion of the existing closet. -Create a new door opening from the foyer. -Install a new door and shelving. -Install drywall on the new walls. -Patch all areas affected by demolition and construction. -Relocate the existing HVAC vent affected by the wall demolition. -Tape drywall and apply three coats of joint compound, followed by sanding and primer. -Install trim around the new openings, doors, and walls. -Prepare and paint the ceilings, walls, doors, and trim. Includes labor and materials.
