The existing roofing will be removed to expose the wood substrate. Any rotted substrate will be replaced at the rate of $80 per sheet over and above this estimate. CertainTeed WinterGuard ice and water barrier will be installed 6’ at eaves, 3’ in valleys & 18’ at roof to wall connections. New aluminum drip and rake edges will be installed.
