Building - Addition (Residential)

Remove existing rear addition. Construct new 11' x 16' 2 story addition with kitchen on the first floor and primary bedroom on the second floor. Reconfigure interior of existing first level for a mudroom and dining area. Remove existing second floor bathrooms and reconfigure space for two bathrooms and an office. New mechanicals for the addition.
