Siding Replacement 25 Sq Remove and properly dispose of all existing siding and related exterior trim. Inspect wall sheathing during removal and notify homeowner of any concealed structural damage should repairs become necessary (any structural repairs not included unless specifically noted by change order) ($85 per sheet) Install new 1/2-inch continuous fanfold exterior insulation over the entire building envelope to improve thermal performance and reduce air infiltration. Install new Everlast Composite Lap Siding Profile: 6-7/8” Reveal (Color: Flagstone) Install siding on: Entire residence, Entire garage, and Entire exterior chimney Rebuild the upper chimney as necessary to provide a structurally sound substrate for the new exterior finish. Install new aluminum chimney flashing around the entire chimney to create a watertight seal and prevent future water intrusion. Replace all exterior trim components with new premium PVC maintenance-free trim, including: Fascia boards, Rake boards, Corner boards, Window trim and Door trim All miscellaneous exterior trim details Install all PVC trim using proper fastening methods and seal all joints with high-quality exterior sealant. Ensure all siding is installed according to manufacturer specifications, maintaining proper expansion gaps, fastening schedules, and ventilation requirements. Leave all exterior surfaces straight, clean, and professionally finished Sliding Door: Furnish and install one new sliding patio door on the right side of the residence. The sliding door will be a Marvin Ultimate Series, featuring a premium bare pine wood interior and a durable bronze-finished extruded aluminum exterior for a high-end appearance, long-lasting performance, and superior weather resistance. Remove and dispose of the existing door as required. Properly flash, insulate, seal, and weatherproof the new door opening to provide a watertight, energy-efficient installation. Complete all necessary interior and exterior finish work for a clean, professional appearance Storm Doors: Remove and dispose of two existing storm doors. Furnish and install two new Andersen 10 Series Fullview Interchangeable Storm Doors. Install new surrounding trim at both storm door locations. Properly adjust and secure doors to ensure smooth operation, proper alignment, and weather protection. Doors (labor only) Main Entrance Door and side entrance door Remove the existing main entrance and side entrance door panel. Install two new client-provided entrance door panels. Properly fit, align, secure, and adjust the new door for smooth operation and proper closure. Seal as necessary to provide appropriate weather protection. New Upstairs Bedroom Casement Window: Create a new window opening in the upstairs bedrooms. Furnish and install one new 36” x 72” Marvin Ultimate. Marvin Ultimate Casement, bronze exterior, unfinished pine interior, nickel hardware. Window size will be 25" wide by 60" High--->>> model UCA2460 Series casement window. Perform necessary framing modifications to properly support and accommodate the new window opening. Properly flash, waterproof, insulate, and seal the new opening in accordance with manufacturer-approved installation requirements. Complete necessary interior and exterior finish work around the new window. Upstairs Window Panel Repair Remove and replace the damaged upstairs window panel. Client will provide the necessary replacement parts/materials. Provide labor for installation, adjustment, and proper fit of the client-supplied components.
