Building - Re-Roof (Residential)

Roof replacement: remove all roofing materials, inspect and replace plywood as needed. Install a new asphalt shingle roofing system, including ice and water barrier (entire roof), drip edge, starter, flashing, ventilation, 2 fixed deck-mounted skylights (replacing existing), and shingles.
