Building - Windows, Siding, or Doors (Residential)

Remove existing siding (Main House Only). Inspect plywood and replace as needed. Wrap all exposed sheathing with Gunner House Wrap. Re-flash windows using window flashing tape. Install 2.5’’ vinyl lineal around all windows and doors-White. Install vinyl starter strip. Install Certainteed Double 7” Cedar Impressions. Install vinyl inside/outside corners. Remove and replace soffit using Beaded Vinyl Vented hidden soffit. Wrap fascia boards with Aluminum. Install new vinyl gable vents – Color and Quantity. Install siding with stainless steel nails
