Removal of existing Kitchen on 1st floor and bathroom, complete remodel of Kitchen and Bath. 2nd floor bathroom removed and remodeled. Kitchen and Bath remodeling will include new cabinetry, counters and backsplashes. On both floors some sub flooring will be repaired and/or replaced. Costs for Electrical and Plumbing, rough in and final are included in the budget of 76,000.
