385 Church Street is a Class ‘A’ professional office building that was built in 2004-05. The steel frame, Type 2B construction (fully sprinklered) building currently has approximately 20,400 SF on two floors. The proposed project is to expand the first floor by 2,091 SF, increasing the size of one tenant – a Physical Therapy Office. HEALTH DEPARTMENT COMMENTS: Health Department approval for a building addition. The building addition will not exceed the existing design flow of 4,989 GPD. Soil was done in 2005.
