From the filingInstall new underground sanitary drainage piping to new plumbing fixture locations per plans. Sanitary piping is to connect to existing piping located in lease space. Underground piping includes one floor sink, two floor drains and four floor clean outs. Install new hot, cold and recirculation piping to plumbing fixture locations per plans. All water piping is to be insulated with fiberglass insulation. Install gas piping for one RTU's and two appliances. Gas piping is to connect to existing piping located on the roof of the leased space.
