Remove & dispose of the condenser behind the house. Install an American Standard 2.0-ton condenser on a poly equipment pad behind the house. Install a disconnect and an electrical whip. Install an American Standard cased coil in the supply plenum of the existing stainless steel ductwork. Install an insulated line set connecting the two units. Install a condensate pump and three-quarter inch PVC drainage. Install anchors supporting the existing thermostat in the enrty.
