Installation of a New Yorker CL-3 with a Beckett Burner and Tankless Coil (2: 1" x 1: 3/4" Heating Zones) ? Boiler will be placed on cement blocks ? Completion of piping to tie the boiler into the 3 existing heating zones including a new circulator, water feeder, air scoop, expansion tank, hy vent, relief valve, isolation valves, copper fittings and piping ? Tankless coil will be equipped with a Caleffi mixing valve for temperature control of domestic hot water ? Existing thermostats will be re-used as part of this installation ? Smoke exhaust piping will be connected from the boiler to the chimney and include a draft regulator ? Wiring will be completed for boiler, zone relay and safety controls ? Boiler will be filled with water and brought to high limit temperature; heating zones and domestic hot water will be tested ? Old boiler will be removed and disposed of (We will also remove and dispose of the defunct propane hot water heater)
