Installation of a Mitsubishi SUZ-AA24NLHZ R-454B 30,000 BTU Single Zone Outdoor Unit paired to a Mitsubishi SVZ-AP24NL 24.000 BTU Air Handler in the attic connected to new sealed and insulated ductwork in the attic to service the upper floor ? Outdoor unit will be placed on top of a 12" metal stand on a 39"x42"x4" concrete pad ? Outdoor unit will be connected to the electrical new disconnect, whip, and surge protector ? Refrigerant lines and communication wire will be run from the outdoor unit to the air handler. Lines that run on the exterior of the house will be encased in white protective line hide. ? Air handler will be installed in the attic and connected to new sealed and insulated ductwork. Air handler will be placed on top of a high rise drain pan with float switch. Drainage piping for condensate will be attached and run to the outside in pvc. ? Ducted system will be controlled by wireless Mitsubishi MHK-2 thermostat ? Wiring for air handler and outdoor unit will be completed ? Refrigerant lines will be brought to a vacuum to remove moisture and will be pressure tested; R-454B refrigerant will be added to system per manufacturers specifications based on line set length ? System will be tested
