Remove & dispose of the three existing condensers behind the house and three air handlers in the house. Install an American Standard 3.5-ton 454B refrigerant condenser on a poly equipment pad behind the house. Install two American Standard 1.5-ton 454B refrigerant condensers on poly equipment pads behind the house. Install three disconnects and three electrical whips. Install a First Company air handler in the basement and two air handlers in the attic and reconnect into the existing stainless steel ductwork. Install an insulated line set connecting the units. Install a condensate pump on the basement air handler and three-quarter-inch PVC drainage for all three air handlers.
