From the filingRemove and dispose of existing roofing and install approximately 26 squares (2,580 sq. ft.) of new GAF Timberline HDZ architectural asphalt shingles. Roofing system to include ice & water barrier, synthetic underlayment, new drip edge, starter shingles, ridge vent/caps, and new pipe boot(s). Install GAF Liberty SBS low-slope roofing system on approximately 162 sq. ft. of 1/12 pitch roof area. Install new lead chimney flashing and seal chimney. Replace deteriorated roof sheathing as needed
