1. Strip and remove existing shingles on home to decking: 1 layer 1500 sq ft 2. If there is existing plywood decking, seams will be taped with 4 inch joint tape. Existing decking: Plywood 3. Extra wide F-8 aluminum drip edge will be installed on eaves and rakes. Color: White 4. Install Ice and Water Barrier on six feet on first course, on intersecting roof sections, in valleys and all areas prone to leaking. 5. Install Starter Strip Plus on eaves and rakes. 7 / 13 6. Install Wide Synthetic Underlayment with reinforced fiberglass. 7. Install architectural Owens Corning Oakridge Shingle. Color: TBD 8. Install Owens Corning ProEdge Ridge Cap Shingles in all ridges and hips same color as shingle choice. 9. Install new seamless never leak vent boots around vent pipe. Number: 2 10. Additional vents will be replaced: None 11. Properly step flash around chimney and install new lead counter flashing. Number of sides on chimney 4 12. Current ventilation is not properly working and will be modified. 13. Current Ventilation on the house : Ridge / Gables - Close up ridge vent A1 to demo existing staircase in front of home A1 to rebuild over existing concrete stair set with PT Lumber similar footprint slight modifications may be added to enhance structural integrity Aprox 90sqft New stair set will have PT railings on both sides New staircase will have vinyl lattice to hide concrete
