Residential - Remodel

1. Remove the existing layer of asphalt shingles. Protect the house and grounds during removal. 2. Inspect all existing roof sheathing for damage. Any damaged sheathing to be removed and replaced prior to continuing roofing.3. Install 2 rows of water and ice barrier to all eaves and 1 row in valleys and half row at rakes. 4. Install synthetic underlayment to all remaining areas. 5. Install F5 aluminum drip edge to all eaves and rakes. 6. Install new vent pipe flashing. 7. Install new lead chimney flashing. 8. Install new GAF starter to all eaves and rakes. 9. Install GAF HDZ shingles to all house roof areas. 10. Install GAF ridge runner and GAF seal-a-ridge cap to complete. 11. Clean up and remove all jobsite trade debris.
