demolition - Gut the existing 850+/- apartment down to the studs. Remove sheet rock, kitchen counters and cabinets, kitchen sink, shower stall, and sink. All existing fire safety (sprinklers) to remain in place and operational during the entire process. Existing plumbing and electric to remain in place. We will need permission to park a roll off dumpster (as we did for the cleanout) in front of 27 West Main for 8 hours beginning very early in the morning (4am). We do not have any final plans for the renovation of the unit yet as the architect needs to see what is there. This of course is just one step in the process.
