2 families duplex house remodel 2 apartments remodeling the entire house roof-Siding-plumbing- electrical-sheetrock -insulation-bathroom and kitchen. we are going to removed all inside walls and exterior siding and clean everything inside and after that we will evaluate with an architect what beams or rafters needs to be replaced in the structure from previews fire. electrical and plumbing and HVAC I will hire somebody else with license to do that work and they will pull their own permit.
